The arrival of a whole host of gorgeous babies has paved the way for Blackpool Zoo to be an unmissable experience this Easter.

The arrival of a whole host of gorgeous babies has paved the way for Blackpool Zoo to be an unmissable experience this Easter. In addition to the cuteness overload there are lots of egg-citing activities planned for the Easter holidays.

Hand feeding the giraffes, getting up close and personal with the family of sealions, flying a barn owl, meeting the residents of the Children’s Farm, chicks, egg painting and exciting Easter egg trails means there really is something for everyone.

We’re absolutely thrilled about our new additions here at Blackpool Zoo. With so much happening already, their arrival means this Easter will be even more spectacular.

Each year we try and make everyone’s visit to Blackpool Zoo as exciting as possible, and this year is no exception.

Our animal experiences are growing in popularity every year and seeing the faces of the children, and adults, that have just hand fed a giraffe or met a sealion is priceless!

We look forward to welcoming everyone to Blackpool Zoo this Easter and starting the season as we mean to go on.

Animal experiences are available to be booked on the day of visit from the Amazonia Gift Shop. Prices start from £10.

The health of our zoo family, which includes our visitors, staff and animals, is our top priority. In light of the most recent advice from Public Health England and the government, we have closed Blackpool Zoo at until further notice.

Please be assured that our dedicated keeper team will continue to provide the best care for our animals during the closure.

If you’ve booked tickets for any day during this closure, you can exchange them for any other date in 2020 or we can provide a refund. Please send your booking details to tickets@blackpoolzoo.org.uk.

We’ll keep you informed through our website and social media channels. We apologise for any disappointment and thank you for your patience.

We really look forward to welcoming you back to Blackpool Zoo when we re-open.

Stay safe everyone.
