Meet Santa at the zoo!

Dates:

29th & 30th November, 6th & 7th December, 13th & 14th December and 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd & 24th December 2025.

Each Sunday morning, we will also be offering quieter sessions specially catered towards sensory-sensitive visitors. These sessions will not include music or flashing lights.

Prices:

Please note, accompanying adults will require a zoo admission ticket (paid or zoo membership), which can be purchased HERE.

Costing just £35.00 per child, tickets include one child admission into the zoo, a lovely gift, a free children’s fast food meal per child (served from 11:00am - 2:30pm), a Christmas decoration crafted on the day and some reindeer food for Rudolf to take home, as well as meeting Santa himself. We promise that this experience will be one to remember! 

Child zoo members are £25.00 per child - please bring your membership card(s) with you on the day to gain admission.

Under 3s are £25.00 per child - if the child/children are not under 3, you will be charged the difference on the day.

Terms & Conditions

1. All children will require a Meet Santa ticket and must be accompanied by an adult.  Accompanying adults will require a zoo admission ticket (paid or zoo member). Meet Santa tickets purchased for children with disabilities are entitled to a free carer visit (proof must be shown at admissions on arrival).
2. Please note, the quiet sessions are specifically catered towards sensory-sensitive visitors, meaning there will be no music or flashing lights during these slots.
3. Please read the terms and conditions of purchase and the rules of operation of the park. 
4. Zoo members must bring their membership card with them on the day to gain admission into the zoo and to be shown to Santa’s elves as proof relating to the discount.
5. To be eligible for a membership discount, the child must also be a zoo member.
6. Dates and times for Meet Santa are limited, so please book early to avoid disappointment.  All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
7. Please note there will be multiple bookings per time slot.  Please arrive at Santa’s Grotto no earlier than 15 minutes before your allotted time, we will always aim for Santa to meet you within your 10-minute time slot.
8. You'll find Santa’s Grotto in the Camel House within the zoo via the World of Wings entrance.
9. Photographs are allowed to be taken in Santa’s Grotto.
10. We will require the first name and age of each child meeting Santa.
11. Parking is not included in the ticket price.
12. Adults are limited to two per child in the grotto.
13. This ticket also includes admission to the zoo and a free children’s meal per child.
14. Free child meal options are a kid's cheeseburger, hot dog, chicken nuggets or pizza slice (pepperoni or cheese and tomato), served with chips and a small soft drink.
15. Children’s meals are available from the Lake View Café 11:00am - 2:30pm.
16. No cash alternative or meal exchange offered.
17. Supervision of the child remains the responsibility of the parent or guardian at all times.
18. For any late arrivals, we cannot guarantee your child will meet Santa.
