While we have been able to reopen the zoo we are unfortunately unable to open the Playbarn, our indoor soft play area, at this time.

Following the UK Government ruling that soft play centers can now open. Unfortunately, due to current Covid-19 restrictions and their impact on the operation of the zoo, the Playbarn will remain closed until further notice.

Once we do re-open we will automatically extend all Playbarn Memberships to reflect the duration of the closure and time left on your membership.

Thank you for your patience and understanding at this time.
