The further in advance you book, the more you'll save.

We do ask for proof of disability on admission as we offer discounted prices. This could be evidence of DLA or PIP, Blue Badge (along with photo ID) or a Medical Letter confirming disability. Please don’t be offended by our staff asking – some disabilities are not visible and we try to treat all our visitors the same.



 




Ticket Definitions

Adult - aged 16 – 59 years

Senior - aged 60 years +

Student - must show valid student ID

Child - aged 3- 15 years inclusive and must be accompanied by a responsible adult

Family - maximum of 2 adults

Disabled - must show proof of disability - this must be evidence of DLA or PIP, Blue Badge (along with photo ID) or a Medical Letter confirming disability. Please don’t be offended by our staff asking – some disabilities are not visible and we try to treat all our visitors the same.

Carer - any adult accompanying a person with disabilities (no additional proof required)

Group - pre-booked with minimum 15 people

Under 3s - Children under the age of 3 are admitted free of charge to the zoo (and do not require a ticket)

We accept Tesco Clubcard Days Out Voucher codes only at our admission desks and against full paying adult tickets, senior, child, disabled adult, disabled child and carer tickets.  These can be used on Bank Holidays.

Car parking is available at £2.50 per car per day. Please have change for the machine.

Bikes, rollerblades, scooters, self-propelled sit-on toys and footballs are NOT allowed in the zoo for safety reasons

Sorry, no dogs allowed. Guide dogs or assistance dogs can be looked after by our team – please go to reception on arrival, or call us on 01253 830801 and this will be arranged.
