Food and Beverage Assistants
At Blackpool Zoo, we aim to ensure that all of our visitors experience a fantastic day out. It’s not just about the amazing animals, each member of our team plays a part in making this happen.
For the following vacancies we are seeking confident, enthusiastic, flexible and motivated staff aged 16 or over. Experience isn’t necessary but a SMILE is a must.
The role:
Just like our animals, we need to make sure our visitors are fed and watered throughout the day and you could be serving Starbucks coffees, making foot longs in our brand new Subway, serving hot meals in the café, or ice-creams on a sunny day, working as part of our Catering team is a diverse and exciting role! Your duties may include preparing and serving food, taking deliveries, stocking up, clearing tables, pot-wash and money-handling.
Positions are seasonal, occasionally weather dependent, with full and part-time hours available. We’ll provide full training and uniform (where necessary) and we pay up to living wage (dependent on age).
