Our catering outlets will be offering a reduced menu.  Indoor seating is limited on a first come first served basis, however we have plenty of outdoor seating throughout the park.  The Coffee Shop will remain closed.

Where possible, we’re asking visitors to pay by contactless card or phone if possible – the limit has been raised to £45.

Covid-19 Visitor Information

From Tuesday 30th November 2021, Face Coverings are mandatory in indoor areas of the zoo (unless exempt), including the entrance hall, shop, indoor viewing areas of animal exhibits and toilet blocks.  They are not mandatory, but are recommended in the cafe and coffee shop

Lemur Wood remains closed for the time being and daily animal talks and displays are still suspended but we have created a series of podcasts for visitors to listen to as they make their way around the zoo.
