Members can also purchase a car park pass, valid for the Playbarn only for £15.

We hope that you will enjoy all the benefits of being a Playbarn Member. The terms and conditions under which the membership is offered are listed below:

1. Play is restricted to 1 x 90-minute play session during busy periods.

2. Supervision of the child always remains the responsibility of the parent or guardian.

3. Upon entering The Playbarn, you are adhering to follow the Rules of Play as outlined.

4. If a car park pass has two car registrations, it can only be used in one car at one time. If you forget your car park pass, you will be charged the £4.00 day rate.

5. Membership runs from the date of purchase until 31st December 2025.

6. Memberships and membership cards are non-transferable.

7. Misuse of memberships and membership cards may result in the membership being terminated.

8. Cards must be shown to gain any member discounts.

9. Replacement membership cards and car park passes will only be issued on production of photographic proof of identity, such as a driving licence or passport and will incur an admin fee of £5.00.

10. Entrance to The Playbarn will not be allowed without a valid membership card. If you forget your card, you will be charged an admin fee of £2.50 per member for validating and allowing entry.

11. Any change of address must be notified in writing either by post or email: play.barn@blackpoolzoo.org.uk.

12. There are no short-term memberships or pro-rata refunds should you wish to terminate a membership prior to expiry.

13. If we are closed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as an enforcement, maintenance or for economic reasons, we regret memberships may not be extended or money refunded (with the exception of national lockdown).

14. Member benefits are reviewed annually and are subject to change.

15. If available, any renewal price and associated benefits are offered subject to membership being renewed prior to original expiry.

16. The Playbarn reserves the right to refuse admission and revoke a membership for any reason considered necessary.

17. Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

18. 10% discount on food and drink can only be used in the Playbarn café.

19. You are entitled to bring 1 friend per visit for half price off the standard admission price.
