Get closer than ever before as you head onto our private feeding platform and come face to face with the tallest animal in the world. As you hand-feed them with some of their favourite branches, you'll see their long tongues at work and find out what makes our tower of giraffes so special.

Over the autumn period, giraffe feeds will only be available to purchase online and for weekends only. Please note giraffe feeds will not be available to buy on the day.

• £15 per person - Admission to the zoo is not included in this interaction and you will need a valid ticket or membership for the day of your visit.
• Children aged 3 -15 years must be accompanied by an adult who will be an observer only, they will not take part in the experience.
• Children under 3 years will not be able to partake in the experience.
