We've just received official confirmation from the North Pole that Santa is en route to meet and greet children in our magical fairyland treehouse!

The big man himself, along with his special meet and greet elves, will reside in our enchanting grotto inside the Children’s Farm within the zoo for two weekends of December, 9th-10th Dec and 16th-17th Dec and every day from 18th – 24th December 2023.

Costing just £20.00 per child, tickets include one child admission into the zoo, a lovely animal-themed gift, a free hot chocolate per child, as well as meeting Father Christmas himself. We promise that this experience will be one to remember! Accompanying adults will require a zoo admission ticket (paid or zoo member), which can be purchased HERE.

Child zoo members are £10.00 per child - please bring your membership card/s with you on the day to gain admission.

Under 3s are £10.00 per child - if the child/children are not under 3, you will be charged the difference on the day.

Tickets can only be purchased online via the link below, with early booking being advised to avoid disappointment!

PayPal and card payments are accepted. For card payments please select the PayPal checkout method before selecting 'Pay by Debit or Credit Card', if your mobile application does not support this system please refer to a desktop version if possible.

Terms & Conditions

1. All children will require a Meet Santa ticket and must be accompanied by an adult.  Accompanying adults will require a zoo admission ticket (paid or zoo member).  Meet Santa tickets purchased for children with disabilities are entitled to a free carer visit (proof must be shown at admissions on arrival).
2. Please read the terms and conditions of purchase and the rules of operation of the park. 
3. Zoo members must bring their membership card with them on the day to gain admission into the zoo and to be shown to Santa’s elves as proof relating to the discount.
4. To be eligible for a membership discount, the child must also be a zoo member.
5. Dates and times for Meet Santa are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment.  All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
6. Please note there will be multiple bookings per time slot.  Please arrive at Santa’s Grotto for your allotted time, we will always aim for Santa to meet you within your 10-minute time slot.
7. You'll find Santa’s Grotto in the Children's Farm within the zoo.
8. Photographs are allowed to be taken in Santa’s Grotto.
9. We will require the first name and age of each child meeting Santa.
10. Parking is not included in the ticket price, the £3 charge can be paid by cash or card at any till point in the main entrance hall.
11. Adults are limited to two per child in the grotto.
12. This ticket also includes admission to the zoo and a free hot chocolate per child.
13. Supervision of the child remains the responsibility of the parent or guardian at all times.
14. For any late arrivals, we cannot guarantee your child will meet Santa.
