Meet the Team

We thought you might like to meet some members of our team.

We asked them to tell you why you should send your child to A - Zoo Nursery.  These are their answers.

Toni Murphy (Room Leader - pre school) in Wise Owls has been here for 3 years.

We offer a "zoo-nique" experience being the only nursery in a zoo.  We offer a safe, warm, caring environment for children to develop and progress using play.  I am also a parent and feel that this is the best environment due to the progress my son has made here in the past two years.

Janine Dagger (Nursery Nurse, NVQ Level 3) in Wise Owls has also been here for 3 years.

We are a zoo-nique" nursery being the only nursery in the UK to be based at a zoo.  We offer a warm and friendly environment for your children to grow and learn new experiences through play.

Heather Ramsden (Nursery Nurse) in Lion Cubs

A - Zoo provides a safe, friendly and stimulating environment for children to learn and develop.  Children are encouraged to be independent and make their own choices through continuous and consistent access to exciting activities and resources.  The children learn and develop as individuals and gain life skills through interaction with dedicated and passionate staff members who provide an environment based on each child's individuality and needs.

Natalie Eaves (Nursery Nurse - pre school) in Wise Owls has been here for over 5 years.

Because where else would you send your cheeky monkey?!!  Not only are we a warm, caring nursery, we have lots of fun and learn new exciting things every day.

Hayley Dillingham (Nursery Nurse) in Lion Cubs.

There are numerous opportunities and a variety of activities for their child / children which enable them to learn and develop according to their needs, including the facilities and opportunities to venture into the outdoor environment to continue this learning.  We are a friendly, caring and approachable team of staff working together, always putting your child first, to provide them with a positive start.

Katie Molloy (Nursery Nurse) joined the team  in Lion Cubs.

Because this Nursery gives them plenty of opportunity to develop socially as well as to broaden their minds about the world around us by exploring in the Zoo.  The staff and parent relationships are brilliant.
