Trains run to two stations in Blackpool: We recommend Blackpool North Station which is a 5 minute walk from the town centre, from where you can take the bus to the zoo. Blackpool Transport has launched a special Resort Hopper Bus from Saturday March 23rd until 2nd November 2013, to enable visitors to get around the top attractions. The Resort Hopper will provide a daily service every 30 minutes between Marton Mere Holiday Park and Blackpool Pleasure Beach taking in the Zoo, Stanley Park, Model Village, Blackpool Tower and Sandcastle Waterpark on route.
Day Saver tickets can be bought for £3.50 for adults and £2.00 for children at paypoint shops or Blackpool Transport Travel Centres. Tickets bought on board will cost £4.50 and £2.25.
